Are you looking at resourcing? if your answer is no… then why not ? We here at Virtual Call Centre would like to give you many reasons to think about resourcing again and help you to save your hard earned money. May I suggest you grab a piece of paper and add up the costs involved and how much you would save?
1.	How much do you pay for your staff insurance?
2.	How much do you pay for electricity?
3.	How much on computers/stationary and repairs?
4.	Your phone bill?
5.	Hourly rate of pay?
6.	Lost time on sick days/holidays and staff travel to and from work?
7.	Is your staff “over it” by the time they sit in traffic or on trains for over and hour each morning and again that night?
8.	Staff having time off due to sick families?
9.	Supply of coffee/Tea etc
10.	Having to pay fulltime staff or casuals huge rates for time really not needed?
11.	Staff management and training
12.	Can you use your staff to promote your business telemarketing for you?
You will find it amazing how much all of these items cost your business and the time spent by you organising all of these items each day.
Outsourcing lets you pass on all of those worries and costs to them and charge you a minimal fee. And the wonderful thing is that you can book hours you need, you don’t have to pay someone full time to sit taking up your office space, using your electricity and calling mum on your phone bill.
Do yourself and your business a favour and do the figures. At Virtual Call Centre we take all of that off your plate. We are a professional Virtual Call Centre in Telesales, Appointment Setting, Customer Service, Data Cleansing and have professional Virtual Assistants.
If this has helped you in any way to save money, please let us at Virtual Call Centre know as that was our mission..

No matter what business you are in, the call for sale increase has always been into consideration. Rather than going through lengthy back and forth, outsourcing your appointment setting could give you return on investment in a much faster way.

A growing number of businesses are now enjoying the success brought by the benefits derived from outsourcing their appointment settings. They are empowered by the increase of new sales opportunities and are assisted in acquiring new clients. Why is outsourcing appointment setting so successful? How could outsourcing generate more sales volume out of reduced sales cost? Here are 8reasons for you to consider in acquiring reliable intelligence on how outsourcing of appointment setting could bring measurable success:

1.	It does not require capital cost.

Outsourcing the service does not oblige one to find for premises, organize desks or lines manage individual members of staff. The company you choose will actually do most of the tasks for you like paying for bills and taking charge of other stuff, thus, allowing you to focus on your sales team to maximize productivity.

2. It maximizes time.

Doubling the time spent in face-to-face meeting guarantees an increase in sales. So, if the sales team sets its own appointment, more than 50% of the team generating leads and securing meetings would be spent with potential clients.

3. It is a diverse skill set

Sales people are great at completing deals. They excel in engaging their clients into meaningful negotiations and presentations, yet gathering data and analytics, getting past the gatekeeper and securing the appointment calls for a different set of tools. Many sales people have always disliked cold calling and appointment setting, so if your sales team is not assertive towards this task, then they would probably missing the mark of doing it as good as it could be done.

Sales people also have the urge to sell from first contact. A caller who sells something straight away often obstructs many clients. Your outsourced service will know how to keep potential clients on track. Interesting, brief and relevant information could attract them into setting an appointment to expand further, and that would be the time for your sales team to secure solid deals in face-to-face meetings.

4. It enhances performance.

Outsourcing helps you in studying products, services and sales figures with immediacy. It aides in analysing trends in the industry and in coming up with feedbacks from the monitoring done with the program results. By the time the client would truly engage with you, he will have the complete information about the prospects and his company that would make the task much easier. As a result, the study and approaches to be made are in coordination with the needs and desires of the potential clients in an area.

5. It brings immediate return on your investment.

Setting more qualified appointments would mean an increase of sales and the more sales you secure would mean lesser cost of outsourcing appointment setting, thus giving a very quick return on your investments.

6. It provides accurate access.

Time is maximized because valuable transactions could be set earlier through outsourcing. With this kind of transaction, meeting the needs of your target market on time would be very possible. The outsourcing provides you immediate contact with people you have to call on for reference. And this would eventually lead you into contact with various parties that could be a source of information later on. Gathering these contacts would make your tasks easier because you already had the knowledge on to where to ask if you need something for reference.

7. It magnifies brand awareness.

The experience you have gathered from the different outsource companies you get to know with, will increase your brand and company awareness. This could also be a source of opinion later on—on where to go, and to whom you should ask if a certain thing arises. Through outsourcing, you are being informed with up-to-date business and contact information.

8. It is made- to-order for your company.

Outsourcing could assist you whenever there are changes to be made during the transaction. Working with your chosen company could give you information that is tailored with your needs. The company could get your clients attracted to your product or service and they could give you advance information to help you without further ado. The outsourced companies exist to cater your needs for a fast and easy reference and to do necessary adjustments to fit your needs.

Hi and Welcome to my second blog. I’d like to start out by recognising a couple of businesses, who has assisted me greatly.

Firstly to Ali from “Because you love it” I first met Ali on the Flying Solo site, where Ali offered to build 5 websites to help him start out his new business. I was lucky enough to be chosen as one of the 5 and here it is, the Virtual Call Centre website. So I would like to thank Ali for all his hard work and wish you luck with your new business.

Secondly I’d like to thank Nathan from “Your Business Profits”, I first met Nathan on Facebook. Recently my computer crashed and I lost everything. I put a mention on my business fan page on Facebook (from another computer) that my computer had crashed and I lost everything, that day I received an offer from Nathan to assist. I contacted Nathan and (from Skype) he coached me to not only get my Windows back and all my settings, but also gave me excellent advice on my website and business ideas. Nathan worked tirelessly to help me in areas that I hadn’t noticed myself.

I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone, and am now going to take advantage of Nathans other talents.

So now to Virtual Call Centre, I have great plans that I will release next week, offering many more services to the business world. Very exciting things to come, so stay tuned.

Well here it is my very first blog ever….. How exciting (some would say) what a great opportunity to have your say (some would say), but oh no not this little red hen, writing my own blog has terrified me.

My website designer Ali Starbright of “Because you love it” (whom I highly recommend by the way) said come on Kim you can do it, just write about anything that comes into your head, so with an empty head here goes..

Well I guess starting with introducing myself and saying things like “I like long walks in the rain” and “ I love to sing love songs and dance in the dark” or “I love to cuddle in the cinema” would sound too lonely hearts clubish, anyway I would rather stub my little toe on a moving truck than do those things..

After many years in sales and marketing, and radio I have now a new love in my life, I got to name it and bring it to life from just a thought, I called it Virtual Call Centre, and it’s my mini me.. I’m getting to do the things I love to do, I’m working from home and am in telesales so I get to talk a lot, sometimes too much and help people get back into the work force from their home offices.

I’m getting to meet some wonderful people and I’m learning every day. There are strangers of whom I’ve never met in person who have been so much help to me and I’ve only spoken to them on a very helpful site called Flying Solo.

And now Virtual Call Centre is growing faster than I could ever dreamed, I have some wonderful clients and best of all I have a wonderful telesales team. I really couldn’t ask for more, but I am.. I want Virtual Call Centre to be the call centre businesses will be begging to be a client of.. a call centre that has the very best reputation one could have and help businesses to succeed in their Lead Generation. Is that too much to ask for.. I hope not because that is my dream.

So after creating my dream, working long hours and watching it grow like a proud mum I sit here excited about our future. And I invite anyone to join us on our journey. A little like a magical mystery tour.. we don’t know where we will end up, but we’re going to enjoy it and make the most of it…

So there it was, my very first blog…You’ve created a monster now Ali, as this might not be my last now..
