Pleased to meet you

Well here it is my very first blog ever….. How exciting (some would say) what a great opportunity to have your say (some would say), but oh no not this little red hen, writing my own blog has terrified me.

My website designer Ali Starbright of “Because you love it” (whom I highly recommend by the way) said come on Kim you can do it, just write about anything that comes into your head, so with an empty head here goes..

Well I guess starting with introducing myself and saying things like “I like long walks in the rain” and “ I love to sing love songs and dance in the dark” or “I love to cuddle in the cinema” would sound too lonely hearts clubish, anyway I would rather stub my little toe on a moving truck than do those things..

After many years in sales and marketing, and radio I have now a new love in my life, I got to name it and bring it to life from just a thought, I called it Virtual Call Centre, and it’s my mini me.. I’m getting to do the things I love to do, I’m working from home and am in telesales so I get to talk a lot, sometimes too much and help people get back into the work force from their home offices.

I’m getting to meet some wonderful people and I’m learning every day. There are strangers of whom I’ve never met in person who have been so much help to me and I’ve only spoken to them on a very helpful site called Flying Solo.

And now Virtual Call Centre is growing faster than I could ever dreamed, I have some wonderful clients and best of all I have a wonderful telesales team. I really couldn’t ask for more, but I am.. I want Virtual Call Centre to be the call centre businesses will be begging to be a client of.. a call centre that has the very best reputation one could have and help businesses to succeed in their Lead Generation. Is that too much to ask for.. I hope not because that is my dream.

So after creating my dream, working long hours and watching it grow like a proud mum I sit here excited about our future. And I invite anyone to join us on our journey. A little like a magical mystery tour.. we don’t know where we will end up, but we’re going to enjoy it and make the most of it…

So there it was, my very first blog…You’ve created a monster now Ali, as this might not be my last now..

It’s really a pleasure to meet and work with people who really love what they do – and so it’s been a great experience to work with you on your website.

I know that being truly interested in your work makes all the difference so there’s no real need to wish you ‘good luck’ on your venture, but all the same, I hope it goes well for you and I can tell you will genuinely help a lot of people with your services.

And as for your first blog post – it’s a start! Now we all know you and your cheery smile and can’t wait to hear what you’ve got to say about your trade and business that you love so much, and whatever else.

Kim, what a fantastic start! Your website is elegance in simplicity, your blog is off the starting blocks now and I’ll bet there’ll be no stopping you! Your blog will allow your personality to shine through while the rest of your site is all business. Kind of like a mullet haircut (business in front, party at the back) only a bit less party and a bit more client lounge where people can learn more about you and what makes VCC tick.

Kim, fantastic to read your blog and get to know a little bit more about this successful businesswoman. Business has many drivers, none more important than passion…and this is obvious in all areas of your operation. From our initial dealings on the flying solo site, to recent utilisation of your call centre service, passion and commitment was evident.
