Prosperity Mutual first commissioned Virtual Call Centre for a pilot campaign as an outsourced partner for our lead generation in early February. Virtual Call Centre put forward a 2 week test of the solution to highlight their capabilities with the aim being to work towards a mutually beneficial lead generation relationship. The purpose of the service was for Virtual Call Centre to set appointments for our sales teams.
Virtual Call Centre initially consulted with Prosperity Mutual and then procured the data for the project, as well as developing a telephone based call guide and email strategy. Over the two weeks of the pilot campaign, Virtual Call Centre generated in total 28 qualified, face-to-face appointments with couples interested in debt elimination.
After the pilot campaign, we decided that the results and potential return from our investment warranted a longer term contract. Not only were we satisfied with the appointment numbers, but were very happy with the overall professionalism and quality of their services.
